Adlib Software is looking for a new Office Coordinator! This role is part-time or 20 hours a week.

We are located in Burlington but we've got team members all over the globe, with just over 100 people here at HQ! Our offices are on the second story of a charming building, and filled with nice, friendly, dedicated people.

We're in need of some office coordination! We need someone to greet our guests, answer our phones, open and distribute mail, order office supplies, sign for courier packages, send out packages, keep our kitchen, meeting rooms and lobby spaces tidy, distribute our fresh fruit delivery program, and anything/everything else that may come up! We want our office environment as comfortable as possible, and this role is responsible for that!
