Adlib is looking for our next Senior Territory Sales Manager for Life Sciences in Europe!

This role is responsible for successfully delivering new prospects and selling to high level contacts and customer accounts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern European countries (territory).

You will be measured by your ability to:

  • Deliver new prospects
  • Meet sales targets
  • Identify business value of an opportunity
  • Successfully sell to high level contacts with prospect and customer accounts

Some of the responsibilities:

  • Finding, locating and calling on senior key level Business & IT people within existing customer accounts and prospective customers
  • Management of multiple opportunities through Direct (majority) and Partner sales channels
  • Account Management skills to grow the client base and upsell current customers.
  • Sales and business cases presentations to both prospective and current customers
  • Ability to ‘Triage’ technical requirements early, and ensure effective involvement by the technical Pre-sales team
  • Build and execute plans to generate, develop and close business delivering solutions in our target industries
  • Solution focused to empower customers in achieving their business goals
  • Ability to work within a process model of customer centric selling
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas, target driven – customer success focused

Some of the qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Business, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success of 5+ years in team selling of software systems to large enterprises
  • Must speak both German and English -- other languages an asset
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to Life Sciences industry
  • Superb presentation and communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work in a team environment
